Projekt DREVO se je začel / Project TREE has started

Drevo je kolaborativni ilustrativni projekt. Deluje s pomočjo spletnega vmesnika, kjer se nahaja osnovna likovna ploskev (kanvas),
na katero ilustratorji in drugi sodelujoči vnašajo spontano kompozicijo elementov. Ime projekta ne predpostavlja dejanske likovne podobe
drevesa, ampak simbolizira naraven, ploden in nesebičen način družbenega povezovanja med mladimi ustvarjalci.

Pobudniki projekta so korenine, dostop do uporabe vmesnika pa se širi kot drevesne veje. Vsak povabljeni, ki doda svoj element
v kompozicijo, po svoji izbiri povabi k sodelovanju naslednjega sodelujočega.

Končni rezultat kompozicije je nepredvidljiv, zato je delo v drevesu igrivo in ohranja odprto strukturo, saj je variabilno tudi
število sodelujočih.

The Tree is a collaborative illustration project. It functions through a web-based interface where the central drawing is located.
Participants are then free to add spontaneous combinations of shapes. The name of the project does not mean that the final product
will be a tree, but rather symbolises the natural, prolific and unselfish manner of social networking among young artists.

The initiators of the project are its roots, while access to the interface spreads like the branches of a tree. All the invited who add their
shapes to the drawing are free to invite others.

The end result of the project is unpredictable, which is why taking part in the Tree is a playful activity. Its structure also remains
open as the number of those taking part is also not pre-set.
